The heritage

One drink, many names

Across West Africa the hibiscus infusion travels under different names. Zobo, Sobolo and Bissap each mark a community's own way of steeping, sweetening and serving the same red flower.

We keep that botanical root at the centre of what we make, and bring it to a contemporary table without losing sight of where it came from.

What goes in

Three ingredients, nothing more

Every bottle begins with a short, deliberate list.

Whole dried hibiscus

Calyces steeped whole, so the colour and tartness come from the flower itself.

Selected spices

A considered blend of warm spices added in measured amounts to support the hibiscus.

Pure water

Clean water carries the infusion, keeping the flavour clear and bright.

From our Essex workshop

Honouring West African roots, made our way.

We develop modern recipes while keeping real hibiscus at the centre, produced carefully in Essex with respect for both heritage and contemporary taste.
